I've heard that there no stupid questions? Well like it says Keep it simple stupid. I'm looking for any recommendation on which lower parts kit to purchase for a AR15 (Kaiser) lower. The rifle will be used for self protection/ varment. Thanks

Re: KISS

I usually vary between RRA and DPMS...whichever one I can find cheaper. I have also used RB Precision's "pick what you need" LPKs because they'll put together a "custom" LPK minus whatever parts you don't want/need. For example, if you are planning to run a different trigger, they'll remove the hammer/trigger/etc. at your request. If you e-mail them (Rob or Krista), they'll provide you with an exact quote for the parts you need/want.

RB also stocks DPMS and RRA LPKs (incl. kits with RRA's 2-stage NM triggers).

GOOD LUCK!!

Re: KISS

Standard bushmaster fares well for all around. The RRA is my fav though. The BM triggers can be had for less than half the rra. Thats the trigger side of it. I'd just go with a complete kit from either mfg.
