Knights URX II install ?

I picked up a Sabre Defense 24" bull barrel upper for a new Rifle setup along with a Knights URXII rifle length forearm to replace the round handgaurd.
I then find out 500.00 in specialty tools are required to install the rail.

I know some of you guys have probably found a way to install the URX without the special tools. Please help ! Thanks

There are several guys can do it for you and have it back in about a week.
