My dad placed an order with Kosher Surplus in October and received tracking information, however the package hasn't been shipped. Have tried calling, sending messages from their website and FB page, plus emailing the addresses listed. I received one response asking for the order number and that they would take care of it. Since then I have not heard anything else from them and the tracking still hasn't updated. We just want to receive what was ordered or a refund. Definitely won't be recommending to anyone or making further purchases. We hope to get this resolved soon without taking further action. Anyone else had this trouble?
