Greetings,

Been trying to figure out a stock/chassis option for my cz455. I see krg makes the bravo, x-ray, and whiskey 3 fixed and folding for the cz455.

The only review I can find is from 2016 and the guy says the X-ray cz455 is basically junk. Anyone have any insight on these in their current revision (if there have been any revisions)? I was looking at either an xray or w3 fixed until I saw that review.....

Thanks,
Jeremy

I have the 180 Bravo and like it quite a bit. It's been solid and drama free and I consider it to have been a good purchase.

My only two gripes are the mag well (there is a gap between the chassis mag well and the mag well on the bottom of the action) and the limited modularity of the forearm.

There is an aftermarket vendor selling a 3D printed funnel that snaps into the KRG mag well, eliminating the gap. The gap hasn't bothered me enough to bother with buying the part, but it is an option for someone who wants it. I can't remember the name of the vendor at the moment.

Unfortunately, there's not much in the way of options for the forearm. The chassis does not use the same backbone as the Rem 700 and Tikka chassis from KRG, and so it can't use any of the forearms or spigot mounts made for them. The lack of a spigot is probably the thing that bothers me the most.

Still, it's made a nice trainer for my match gun (a TL3 in a Bravo) and I shoot it fairly often in some informal PRS style 22 matches with friends.
