Anyone have experience as a lefty with the KRG Whiskey 3 folder? They say it can work but someone with large hands may have an issue. Just trying to get some first hand experience before I make a purchase. Thanks.

Yeah messing with my sotic here the shooting feels like it would be good but the bolt manipulation might be a bit funky with the latch placement

Thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to check it out. It’s a shame, I like the chassis system but KRG isn’t very lefty friendly. I think I’ll look at the new JP chassis.

It depends. The hinge is left the same as a right hand folder. It kind of makes a shelf for your lower palm to ride on, I don't mind it. I also shoot without my thumb through the hole/around the grip so that may make a difference in your style. Being a lefty, I like the folder on mine.

Do you have any pics or video of you cycling the bolt? The issue I saw and others have to told me isn’t so much the grip (I shoot with thumb on same side, not wrapped around the grip) but bringing your hand up to cycle the bolt.

Thanks for the reply.
