Krylon R700

I got my brother into long range shooting and he purchased a Remington 700 SPS tactical about 2 months ago. Today I had a few photos pop up on my cell phone from him. I must say, not bad...not bad at all!

Looks very nice. I have always liked the look of those fishnet jobs.
I'm a Rust-Oleum man myself....Wally World doesn't seem to have the Krylon cammo colors anymore

Wellp, headed out this morning and my brother brought the Krylon custom R700. He has proven that great results can be achieved with a factory rifle, cheap optic, and a paint job that was done in a cardboard paint booth in the back yard.

We started the day with a 100 yard grouping exercise. His POA was the corner of the diamond. He soon realized after the first shot was fired that his elevation knob wasn't at zero. (WTF, Windage, Trajectory, Fundamentals!) He stuck it out and fired the other 2 rounds without adjusting and wound up with this...

Ammo was Factory Lapua 136gr OTM Scenar L

His 3 shot grouped smoked mine today by about .040"
