I have a very clean (looks near new in my opinion) LA-5B that was recently purchased from a reputable Hide member. I have finally found a piece of gear I have been looking for so I am selling this and my 2124-lr to recapture some funds. The illuminator beam is very very clean on this unit.

Does this come with any of the items like case, manual, etc?

No case or manual. I do have a new sure fire switch that will go with it. I believe the manual could most likely be downloaded online.
