Labrador won't work with suppressed fire

My Labrador has no problems with unsuppressed fire, but won't pick up suppressed. I have tried both Dopler and Trigger on sensitivity trigger level one, which is the most sensitive.

i have tried locating it behind the suppressor, next to the muzzle and even out front.

Any suggestions?

Manual says offset 6" and forward 6" when firing suppressed. How long have you had it?

I have had it for about four years, but haven't tried it until the last year or so suppressed. Never got it work suppressed. Everyone once in a while it will read

I'd recommend asking them. They replaced my microphone because mine wasn't picking up rifle suppressed or otherwise.

i will try both of these. Hopefully I will get out this week. Their youtube video says to place it at the muzzle, to the side.

Looking to get a labradar, suppressor is on order. Do you think the air gun attachment is really needed? Rifle is a 6.5 CM with a TBAC Ultra 9.

Jet - Using it with the exact configuration you reference, along with a host of other TBACs...
For me, it offers the simplest solution. Just clip mic onto end of cover and good to go...

Recoil activated trigger, some guy on Facebook sells them.

But positioning your Labradar suppressed is the key with getting it to work. I had issues, sent it in for microphone update. Now it picks up 22 suppressed no problem, but have to have Labradar 3” to the side and about 4” in front of muzzle.

Get the Greg Piet recoil sensor. Works great!

Get the recoil trigger from Greg. He's a supper nice guy and great to deal with. I ordered the trigger before i got my labradar. Went out the first time, set it up and it recorded every single shot for 180 rounds. Thing works perfect, i'm glad i didnt try anything else and went straight for Gregs trigger.

Make sure you get it from Greg. Someone ripped off his work recently which is pretty shitty. Free market, capitalism yada yada yada.. Give credit where credit is due.

Mine detects 100% right now with .260 w/tranquillo and 7.62 w/SOCOM. I think it it’s functioning correctly it should be fine without the attachment.

I thought the idea of the radar was the lack of additional stuff hanging from our added to your firearm. I bought one to use with everything from suppressed 22 up to a 416 with a terminator brake. Reading this makes me wonder how it's going to work...

Well try it first and see if your LR will pick everything up. If it doesn’t then you know there’s a solid solution for it. The other beauty of the recoil sensor from Greg is that you do not have to have the LR right next to your muzzle. It can be way off to the side. The sensor weighs next to nothing and can be held on by a piece of tape.

The mic doesn't need to be on the gun... It can be near it and unless your shooting subsonic 22lr, everything will pickup with the mic anywhere near muzzle.
