Lapua Brass - any prep to do?

Re: Lapua Brass - any prep to do?

I would just size the necks and chamfer/deburr the mouths just to make sure any possible deformations during shipping are taken care of. the flash holes are already deburred on the inside, but you can chamfered the outside flash holes if you please. Other than that, there shouldn't be chambering issues, and the brass shouldn't need to be trimmed the first time around.

I thought the same thing, But last week I was in Cabela's in Lacy WA and was going to pick up some 308 Lapua brass. While looking at it I was suprised to see Burs in the flash hole. I would check, and if you have burs just deburre them and load.

And If your real picky, weight sorting can be done.
