Hey y'all, anyone here know where I could find a Left handed .308 AR? A complete upper or parts for a build are all I'm looking at right now. I've been doing research and I've only found one made by radical firearms. I'm looking to build one for my dad to use for hunting and plinking since all of mine are Right handed rifles. Also if anyone has any experience with Radical firearms products would you mind chiming in? Thanks!

I thought black rain had some Lefty AR 10 parts again. There was one other but the name is getting past me right now. I'm wanting to build one next year.

I'm a lefty, and have not seen the Radical firearms AR 10, but I just shoot right handed AR's and get as many ambi controls as I can. I have an LWRC REPR 308, that's fully ambi, and a Christensen Arms 308 that's ambi except the bolt catch. I run everything suppressed, and even with my nose to the charging handle, it's not so bad, especially outdoors. I have about 11 different AR's, from pistol cal to 308, including SBR's and I briefly thought about trying to buy lefty, but that limited my choices far too much.
I know what I'm saying isn't quite helpful, about the radical firearms, but just trying to say that shooting lefty on a righty gun isn't all bad. Did your dad try a righty AR?

@Missed: thanks man. I hadn't looked at BRO rifles yet. I'll give em a look.

@scott: thanks for the input, I've had him shoot my RH ARs but he's not a fan of the brass flying near his face, I also have an LWRC REPR 308 which is awesome, but it's a little heavy for him to shoulder around in the field. I've been told that a Lefty firing a RH AR10 should be fine as long as the receiver has a good brass deflector. Hate to split hairs but figured there's gotta be some good components out there to fit the application.

And there is no chance that your father is cross eye dominant? so he could shoot right handed... My right arm doesn't work well anymore, so I had to learn how to shoot lefty... Yeah the repr is a bit heavy for run n gun, I bench it and bang steel. I never notice the brass whizzing by anymore, though my buddy's Tavor is better about reminding me my face is right by the ejection door, lol. When I order a bolt gun it will be a lefty though.
Hopefully soon there will be more lefty options.

You know I've never thought about eye dominance as a factor, to my knowledge it's just been his preference to shoot lefty, and it'd be a fun project for the two of us if we build it, other wise I'm gonna keep my eye out for the Stag AR10. Thanks y'all for the input!
