Leica Geovid Pro Hud question

Anyone else having this problem?
My Hud only shows about half its screen?

Is this on an iPhone? On my Android device, when the "^" icon in the corner is in the downward pointing direction, I get full screen. However, I can swipe most of the page down leaving me with about as much information as showing in your screenshot. Try swiping up???

Yes it is with an Iphone. I tried reinstalling app, making sure phone was updated to no avail. Also tried calling Leica 6 times to no avail. Hope i never need warranty through them. Only way i knew half of Hud was missing is because of Youtube video showed it.

Talked to Leica…. switch the mode to Ballistics and the whole hud will show up.
