Let’s not forget about Congress

Seems to me, who voted a straight Republican ticket in NC a week ago, that all of the worry about who is the hmfic is misplaced. The Senate seems to be the only actual roadblock to the commies. Trump does a great job for being clueless, except he continues to surround himself with conniving idiots and deep-staters. If his damn stupid tweets and line of bs coming from his vast inferiority complex doesn’t get his red ass sent home, I will be amazed. That leaves my hopes pinned to the Senate and the Turtle.
While the congressional Republicans always talk a good game, they have an abundance of RINO’s, and little stomach to to do unto the commies as should be done to a case of crabs. They have no follow through. I would love to see the Senate stay Republican without the Romneys and those who are long in the tooth. The Turtle came through on the new Justice, but Romney and those two ugly-ass northern female RINOS have got to go. We need a tough Senate majority who will toe the line. Unfortunately, I don’t see it happening without term limits.

The Mrs. & vacationed for the first time in NC this past summer. Before she booked the vacation she looked at the firearms law. While even the thought of firearms is not legal here behind enemy lines, she smiled when she told me NC is an open carry state so we should vacation there.
Those of you that reside in NC, I cannot tell you how pleasant our time there was.

I agree with much of what you say .
I have long loathed the RINO Republicans and the way they play conservative during election cycles ,only to vote with the leftist socialists the majority of the time .
The two years when the R's control both houses and did nothing enraged me , like never before !
