Leupold 10x50 or IOR Valdad 10x42 binoculars?

Leupold 10x50 tactical or IOR Valdad 10x42? Both have a ranging reticle and both are within my self set magnification and weight limits. So what one has the better glass and will take the most abuse?

ETA: Changed the subject to reflect binoculars and not scopes.

Anyone have any expreience with the IOR? The price is right but ive read that they have a fogging issue. Can anyone give me some input?

I like mine but you might get more insight if you got a mod to move this to the correct section of the forums. This is the observation devices section (spotting scopes, binoculars, etc....)
