A bit of back story first. I purchased this rifle (well sort of, more on that later) new back in April 2022. Immediately upon arrival I noticed it was supposed to have a threaded barrel, this one didn't so it went back to the factory for replacement. The replacement was received a week or two later and went out to sight it in. It printed nice 6-inch groups at 100 yards with factory Hornady Black, so I sent it back...again. I Received notice last week that it failed accuracy testing, so they replaced it. Now that I have it back, I am kind of over it and just don't want it anymore. I have moved on and purchased a few other rifles in the meantime. So, I am selling this BNIB replacement as received back from Howa.

I am also including BNIB Leupold Backcountry 1-piece rings. Initially I thought the scope or rings were the problem and Leupold replaced them no questions asked. This new set has not been remounted or even out of the packaging. I also have a Hornady Custom Grade die set (FL sizer and seater) included as well. I only used it to size 20 pieces of brass (the 20 from the factory ammo) and seat those with bullets. Those rounds I loaded were for this replacement, just wasn't expecting it to take so long. 50 pieces of Nosler brass (brand new) are also included, as well as 180 ELDM bullets (1 box is sealed). I can include the other 20 pieces of Hornady 1x brass as well, but I will have to pull the bullets. Pulled bullets will be included in separate bag.
Looking for $1150 OBO shipped to your FFL (must accept from private party). Cashier check, personal check (both held till clear) and PPFF accepted. Others can be discussed.
