    For review

    HAMR
    1-8X
    6-20X M5 locking turrets.

    Looking forward to these.

Don't care about illumination, still don't know what the draw to that is. I love my 8.5-25 Mark 4 M5 TMR and seriously jealous of the 6-20 Mark 4 M5 locking turret!

    Re: Leupold Care Package Arrived

I am really looking forward to the reviews! I am really interested in the HAMR optic, and the 34mm 6.5X20 locking M5. Interested to see if the 34mm tube provides any more elevation adjustment.

One more thing, did anyone by chance see or have have used the new Mark 4 spotter 20-60X80?

Will be interested to see if the reticles are canted. That particular lack of 'manufacturing tolerance'/QC on the part of Leupold has always bugged the shit out of me.

    Apples and Oranges. The 5-20 SS is a $1500 30mm scope. The 6-20 Mark 4 is a $3000 34mm scope.

Actually the military/LEO pricing for the Leupold(non-illuminated standard TMR)is a couple hundred more than the SS, also note the Leupold was purpose built for a particular military contract. A comparison of the glass and tracking between the SS and the Leupold would still be interesting.

Oh good, let's make this even more apples to oranges. Let's compare consumer retail cost of one scope to the special LEO/Mil pricing of another. That makes complete sense!

Yes I know, the XM2010 contract for the updated M24's in 300 Win Mag. Gov contract of not, I quoted consumer pricing of a consumer available scope.
