Rifle Scopes Leupold customer service?

All they will tell you to do is go online and fill out the repair form and send it in. I just got one back for the 2nd time for the same problem and thought they would have replaced it but they did not.
 
Does anyone have any dealings with leupold customer service. I have an issue with one of my scopes and trying to see what to expect for Tuesday when I contact them. Thanks
i have..i had VX-3 sent it back after filling out the online forms..got it back in about 4 weeks..the scope was not repaired it would not group or track right, sent it back they returned it in less than a week with a letter saying the scope was repaired and listed the problems stating it only had 4 MOAs of adjustment in all directions but they repaired it, shot the gun again the scope still had the same problem !! would not track or zero!! sent it back again for a third time with a nasty letter telling them what they could do with it..they are supposedly sending me a new on..we will see..i’m very disappointed in leuopold!! i’ve been a loyal customer for 20years and they scopes usually give no problems this one did and obviously they can’t repair it..my suggestion by something else..i’m done with them..the quality is not what it use to be..i bought a zeiss and the gun was grouping less than 1/4 moa..as it did with the leupold before the scope went bad..the repairs center is useless..awaiting to see why the replacement does but i will put it on another gun ..
 
It depends.

Their custom shop has been closed 'temporarily' literally forever.

Their regular CS on shipping shit in is fine, but 9 times out of 10, they see if it tracks within whatever acceptable is, look through the tube and put it back in the box.
 
Sorry I didn't update earlier. I had what they called an artifact floating around inside. Its a mk5 that is on a 300 norma, and the "artifact" randomly appeared while I was shooting. It took about 6 weeks to get it back. It functions as it did before and the artifactwas cleared, so no complaints.
