Leupold Mark 4 Spotter 12-40.

I was wondering if yall could help me out on the value of a Leupold Mark 4 spotter 12-40. Its the non-reticle version. Comes a short leupod tripod (not sure if that came with it from the factory) In Very great Shape. Has a monoloc PVS-14 Adapter with it.

Reticle versions have been popping up for sale in the low $1,400s lately. Are you buying or selling?

There are two versions a HD and older non-HD. They were available in a kit with case and tripod.
I've seen the older non-HD listed in the $500 range and the HD listed around a grand. No idea what they sold for.

Standard GR, decent spotting scope beleive you can get them now with reticles installed, as for price, don't know much about them, one on egay for 600, looks like 1200 new, if you have access to leupys mil program 950ish. Monolocs werent cheap new, dont know if they still make em

Semi-related questions to the Mk4:

1.) Are all reticled Mk4 Spotters FFP?
2.) The H-32 Inverse Reticle - Maybe a dumb question, but if it is a H-32, it is a square reticle that equally covers the X,Y axis. Is it the numbered hashes that are inverted? or what am I missing?

I believe all Leupold spotters to include the MK4 and GR series with reticles are ffp.

The reticle is upside down. Ashbury makes a kit that mounts it upside down so your head isnt the highest thing sticking up, if using it to observe things that might shoot at you.
