I have a leupold 5-25x56 mounted to a Christensen arms .338 lapua. The scope it zeroed out(lowest it will go) at 100 yards it’s still shooting 10 moa high. Do I need to move the scope rings back to get that 10 moa

What mount or rings are you using? Moving the scope won’t change a thing except ruin your sight picture. You likely need a 30 or 40 MOA base (assuming you are already using a 20 MOA base).

Yes I am hitting the zero stop and i thought for leupold that once you hit the zero stop that’s it. I’m gonna try that today

no thats not it...loosen the lock screws push the zero stop and turn the elevation UP 10moa lock the screws then turn the elevation down until it hits the zero stop again and that should put you real close if your as you say impacting 10moa high.

image.jpg Aiming at the bottom of the target. It’s my first time with a leupold scope. I usually buy nightforce

Doubt its the scope. Adjust zero stop How much cant is in your base and rings? Nothing wrong with mk5 don’t blame it until you arent familiar.
Your rifle comes with 20moa base, right? Are you using a canted rings also?

Never blamed the scope. Just have no experience with it. And it does have a 20 moa base
