Lilja barrels

Since I'm not getting a Surgeon or a Stiller action and going with an Impact, should I also pick a different barrel than Lilja?

For information on actions and barrels, refer to below. Just pick a common action/barrel for starters. Or better yet just go with whatever brand your rifle builder happens to want to use. Note, I think Hawk Hill barrels sold their equipment to Austin Orgain who is now making barrels under the name "Custom Rifle Barrels" which is very annoying to try to Google.
