Chad Dixon did the work, but Kalli sexied it up.

She squirts 215g Hybrids at 2600fps with ease... I'm think I'll mess with 175g, 185g, and 200g projos as well.

I have a Ti Fuzion in .223 AI. It is now in a Manors but will go in an AG Composites stock that is to ship Friday.
Barrel is a Proof CF 7 twist. I am getting 3050 out of an 80 Grain Amax. N540 and Lapua case. CCI 400. 70 degrees.

This is the .223 AI. Barrel fitted by LRI. Accuracy is sub 1/2 MOA for 10 shot groups at 100 m. Some as low as .27”

I really don't know. It was coated at the factory and will go in a light stock so I did not request anything special. It is far heavier in the heavy Manors that I had hoped for. The AG stock will take off literally a few pounds.

Built a 6BRA rifle for my wife on a Lone Peak Fuzion action. It's a pretty badass push feed action. She only has about ~120 rounds down it so far, but it's breaking in nicely.

The action seems to "snap" open and close, when you run it with a little bit of steam. Runs great dirty or clean. If I was in the market for a push feed action, I'd seriously consider another Lone Peak Fuzion.

I was checking out those AG stocks after you mentioned them. They look really sweet.

No pics, as I am in the middle of a move right now, but I run a titanium Razor. It sits in a Manners EH2 with a Proof CF barrel chambered in 300WM. TS Customs built this one as well. Hawkins Precision BDL, Hybrid Rings and 3 Port Brake. Topped with a TT315M, the thing hammers with factory Nosler ammo. It’s been a while since I weighed it, but it’s right around 8.5# loaded with sling.

All Remington style rifles that use an AICS style magazine system reference off the front of the magazine and the receiver. The back, however, floats and is generally stopped by the bolt/feed lips. This is why you get bolt drag on your magazine when you put pressure on the bottom of the magazine. You can get by with minimal drag by running a tighter magazine tolerance but then not all mags will fit the mag well. It is a delicate balance. I suppose someone could build an adjustable stop of some sort but my initial thought is that it would not be practical given the wide variety of magazines out there of which none of them have any published specification/tolerance. There is also minimal room in there for such a stop. Again, just my initial thoughts.

With there being a reference point at the front of the receiver puts my mind at ease. I have personal experience with a different manufacturer’s action, also cut for AW, where there was no reference at the receiver’s front. An AICS magazine could travel almost all the way to the top causing a 100% bolt stop with any pressure at all.

The Fuzion is a multi-flat receiver with built-in lug and scope base whereas the Razor is a round action with integrated lug with bolt on scope base. Both bolt into a 700 style stock/chassis. Most of us like the scope base being made into the receiver because it is one more thing not to come loose.

That's great, thank you so much! I've got a MPA chassis setup now, but I think I want to try a more traditional stock and drop a lot of weight. Having a lightweight rifle to go with the boat anchor would be quite nice.

I would contact TS Customs - they spin up a lot of barrels for Lone Peak Fuzions. They would be able to spin you up a barrel without seeing your action, and their turnaround times are quick.

Yes, bolts are available from LP.

Yes, prefits are available.. TS Customs can get you whatever you need.

That’s an impressive group. Maybe shoulda waited before I direct shipped a barrel to PVA. They don’t do prefits for the Lone Peak so I gotta send it in... But after I smoke it or buy another Lone Peak... haha

I have 2 Fuzions and really like them. I came from a bighorn and the difference is noticable. BH is a great action and really like the TL3 for hunting rigs, but found them gumming up over the course of a day or 2 day match.

Bolt lift and ergos are great on the LP, they handle dust, dirt, rain, and cold really well. Run well from -30F to 90F.

As others have stated, they break in really nice. No complaints here. I'm trying to talk myself out of a Nitrided Ti Fuzion, for a light/compact .223 AI, but not sure I'll be able to.

As to the question about Fuzion vs. Razor, they "feel" the same.. all differences are external geometry (integrated rail, slabbed sides, etc.)

Just picked up my Fuzion today. Holy shit was that a good decision. Little bummed out that there was what looks to be a tool skip in the magwell and the bolt catch pin hole is a little peened. The pros way outshine those small flaws. Couldn’t be happier with yet another dealing with @CSTactical. Such great dudes who love what they do, use the products they sell, love talking equipment and about the sport in general.
