We continue to offer our Precision Rifle and Long Range 101 courses in Western New York State. Also new for 2018 we have partnered up with TreadProof Academy and will be offering Precision Rifle courses at their brand new facility in Nunnelly, TN. Check TreadProof Academy for further details about TreadProof Academy.
Long Gun Training will also continue to host our friends in the precision rifle training business into our facilities. We have coordinated with Ridgeline Outfitters; they will be running their PR 2.0 course with us in Western New York this season. Look for other guest instructor dates as this year’s training progresses, both in New York and Tennessee.
Long Range LR 101
A two day course of instruction held on our Long Range venue with target sets 650 to 1300 yards. We take the fundamentals and apply them into Long Range shooting. Students will continue with field data collection with a greater emphasis on atmospheric measurements and applying these into ballistic solvers for firing solutions. Students will also be exposed to spotting and calling corrections for each other. Physical exertion will be low to moderate.

Steel Targets 600 Yards to 1300 Yards
Students will engage multiple targets and continue recording personal data
Measure Atmospheric conditions and calculate Firing Solutions
Spotting and Calling
Wind reading and adjustment drills
