This is that new Serbu .17 rail gun, right? I heard they were still having problems with the bullets turning to plasma at the 40,000 f.p.s. muzzle velocity. So far they've only been able to use it to create miniature Black Holes at the Large Hadron Collider in Europe...

I've got the same one on my LaserRange2000 Rangefinder. Chinese built, I'd have to go dig t out of the safe to get the name.
