much early transportation was unsafe at the beginning and quite scaryThe thing that just does Not instill my confidence, It's 2024 21st century and It all just remains so primitive in design for a survivable landing after reentry. Talk about low-Tech. delivery system that still can't move past drag Drogue's deployed to slow, and extract Round Parachutes for inflation. Reality is that it still just leaves human crew as a Billion dollar wind-drift that will be hitting the deck in a 'estimated LZ area' using an onboard inflatable airbag impact cushion... aka : compression impact avoidance.
( It all works ), but you throw in variables of one or two malfunctions to disrupt the mechanical order of completion, and desert hard pan is pretty unforgiving .
