Totally agree with your statement- but Congress needs to take back A LOT of lost power for the people to have a representative government again. In context Pelosis complete statement was regarding law making in which Congress is superior. SCOTUS legislating from the bench, the Executive creating de facto legislation via EOs and influencing agencies interpretations on regulations is part of our current problem.
