All the ring heights for the PRWs' are listed on the <span style="font-weight: bold">"Ordering Info"</span> page for the PRW Rings on Leupold's web site.
I know that the 1" PWR LOWS are spec'ed at .75", and the 30mm LOWS are spec'ed at 1.00". Both measurements are from top-of-the-rail to the ring centerline. The following is cut n' pasted from that very page:
