low profile throw levers

I'm running a 1-6 PST on a short handy bolt gun. I'm looking for a low profile throw lever that gives me a bit of purchase to change power, but isn't too tall to be obtrusive. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd be happy with a file for a printable one as well.

Switchview has folding knob levers. You can just use it folded down.
