Anybody shot one? Been hearing some good stuff about these.. nice to see LWRC finally step in to the DI arena cause otherwise I've usually always liked a lot of what I've seen them do and have always held them up as very high quality innovative company.. thoughts/experiences? Price dont look so bad either.

I have heard good things but haven't handled one. The price has dropped down to 1k sometimes a little less. You could do worse for sure

No experience with their DI rifles, but their piston rifles are tits! LWRC rifles just exude pure quality, and I have been extremely happy with the one I own, and the others I’ve shot. Their DI’s do look like you get a lot of rifle for the money. Maybe I’ll give their DI a shot to see how well they compare to their piston.

I've shot one, and it's a lot of gun for the money. A little nose-heavy, but very accurate.

If you're ok with their older, non-MLOK rail, you can pick one up for surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth a look.

Just a heads up, if you’re thinking of getting into a LWRCI, I have one of their pistons for sale/trade in the PX here. M6-IC-SPR.... just to throw it out there.

Thanks for the responses yall... if anyone gets their mitts on one be sure to post up a little write up, appears to be a very intriguing rifle IMO... anyone gotta clue on what the barrel contour is theyre using?

I know my reply is a little late, but I have some info on LWRC's barrel contour: All of the LWRC piston guns I own, have owned, and/or shot and/or handled have had "heavy" barrels, and all of the D.I. rifles I've seen have also had "heavy" barrels. I haven't had occasion to shoot an LWRC D.I. rifle, but I do know that the barrel O.D. of the D.I. rifle is .700" just behind the flash hider, about .731" O.D. on the flutes, and .750" O.D. on the Gas Block "flat". I just measured the barrel off of a D.I. Upper I bought as a donor Upper for my TacSol / IC AR-22. Hope this helps.
