Anyone have hands on with this? Looks pretty sweet. My only concern would be finding a holster that would work with that comp on there.

Any idea on holsters that would work for this?Yes I had hands on 2 weeks ago. Sportsmans den in Shelby Ohio had just gotten it in. I have both of the competitors in metal. I kick my self in ass for not buying it. They had it for $899. Biggest take away is that is an actual compensator at the end and threaded on. I could use my suppressors with it. The green is darker than that picture. It is a true OD green.
You are close. The version with the compensator is 8.5 inches on their website. The full size 5 inch is 8.25 inches.I'm sure any holster for the 5" M&P would work. It seems to be about the same length.
You could just get any of the lured style holsters and cut the bottom off to allow the comp to hang out the bottom. You are close. The version with the compensator is 8.5 inches on their website. The full size 5 inch is 8.25 inches.
lolowut?

Found one local. Threw a 507 comp on it. May switch out to a smaller optic later.

I agree. I’m big into m&p’s so I wanted this due it being a limited run. But even though the aluminum frame doesn’t do much compared to the polymer, I do prefer the feel in my hand.S&W screwed the pooch so bad with that by making the frame from aluminum instead of steel.
A 4.5" steel frame M&P for less than $1200 retail would make me sell my Shadow 2 for USPSA and it would crush the steel Walther (too expensive) and the steel Canik (unreliable).I agree. The 2.0’s are pretty flat shooting anyways, but a steel frame would have 100% been badass.
Do you mean metal slide on polymer frame? Because mine won't work that way. Only the polymer framed slides will fit on the metal frame gunI did place my metal
Slide on a polymer slide. It worked. So holsters should be the same
Yeah I love mine. I actually had Floyd's port a barrel for it since the top window is there, similar to the monsoon lucky 7 and it shoots ridiculously flat. About 1k rounds in and no complaints.Ive got my SRO on this now and so far, Im about 700 rounds in. No issues and This thing is freaking sweet!!!!
I picked up a shadow 2 and this thing is more fun and more flat shooting than the shadow.
more flat shooting than the shadow.
Sure but you can actually carry an m&p. 30oz compd gun compared to a 46oz steel gun is a fair comparison for us normal guys hahaWell.......duh
It has a compensator.
Put a comp on a Shadow and it won't be even close.

I thought about getting a threaded barrel for the S2 and doing the same thing... BUTSure but you can actually carry an m&p. 30oz compd gun compared to a 46oz steel gun is a fair comparison for us normal guys haha
I keep looking at the cost of my S2, with the CGW Pro kit, LOK grips...and I cant help but feel like I wasted my money compared to this m&p.
