I trained with the M21 and used them in teaching NG sniper schools, I didnt find a problem with them holding a zero.

To the contrary, I thought they held up fairly well.

I like the stadium lines better then the mill dots, I guess it all depends on what you are use to.

I have a magazine somewhere with that pic in it (the picture is of a dozen or so guys if I remember right, they must have cropped it). I saved it because there was a lengthy article in there about the various rifles the bad guy snipers are using over there - Rem 700's, old mosins, PSLs, Dragunovs, all sorts of stuff.

Yep, bracket him or someone close, hold wind, and tag his ass.

While a pain getting set up for your flavor of ammo an target size, once set to your liking, add a pinch of half ass'ed Field-Craft, 200-250 rds of bang, push box, freq's, and travel on.
