M151 Spotting Scope Kit

Hello All,

I am trying to piece together an M151 spotter scope kit. Is there a manual that goes with the M151 kit or a parts list showing what is normally issued inside the soft case?
I tried my Google-Fu but had no luck. Called Leupold but they have nothing to do with the kit.
