M40 clone with badger bottom

Morning guys,

Finished up making my clone, I just one issue that is stumping me. I have the correct badger bottom metal, but the rounds don’t want to feed from the magazine. They only push forward and not up on the feed ramp. My other 308 in a chassis does not have the same issue. Any ideas?
 
It could be the bedding pillars aren't the correct height. If you're going from a stock that was set up for an internal box magazine and just opened up the inlet so the M5 drops in, the magazine won't present at the correct height, then you get what you're experiencing.
