I wanted to share some of the improvements done to the Magnetospeed and the MK Machine mount.
Motivation: I use it A LOT. I reload mainly for fun and always like to find out if some combination will work even if it is not practical. I reload mainly for AR's so the barrel attachment method doesn't always work depending on how long your handguard is (think 15" handguard on 16" barrel). I also have a fear that the most trivial part will make something unusable in the field. Spare parts and tools always go with me to the range.

- I put some thin steel rod (TIG welding rod) inside the square aluminum extruded sections so it sticks to the bayonet when adjusting for bullet clearance.
- Changed out the 2 piece steel rods to a 1 piece aluminum rod. I find this to be useful to help mitigate sag if you have a really long barrel and short handguard.
- A longer bolt (10-24) for the MK Machine rail clamp. The provided one only goes into 4-5 aluminum threads, this made me uneasy.
- Spare set screws (10-24)
- McMaster-Carr is your friend.
