Rifle Scopes Magnifier, mount recommendation

Trying to figure out, but confused by the data on the web sites, this question: which 3X magnifier and mount will properly align with a Trijicon MRO on a Trijicon 1/3 co-witness mount? Been through the rinse cycle once and still can't make sense of the options. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Most magnifiers come with a couple of spacers, so you can adjust the height. My Vortex Micro 3x certainly did.
Now, as I recall, MRO had some issues working with magnifiers. Is yours Gen1 or Gen2?

It is a Gen 2. A friend has the Gen 1 and we have been puzzling over the same question of which magnifier to use for his rig.
