Manners Mini Chassis Question

Long action mini chassis in a new Manners T4A, the rear tang has a raised pillar section, that sits about 1/2 mm above the v-block. Is this normal? I noticed it's not present in the short action I have.

Hi Bradaus, your short action mini chassis must be one of the first gen1 versions. We made this change to all chassis short and long about two years ago. Thank you

I believe that is there to act like a crush washer and form to the action.
