I am looking at either the T4 or T2 after I get my tax return. I was wondering if any of you have pictures of a Manners stock with the gap camo pattern, I have seen lots of mcmillan but no manners.

Re: Manners Stock

I've got a T4-A and I can't say enough good stuff about it. I also can't say enough great stuff about Tom and his crew , I reciently had some experiance with his customer service and I'm still amazed at how it all turned out.

I bought my T4-A used , it had been painted with some thick paint and it appeared that the bedding was apinted after the gun was bedded ,I called Tom to ask what I could use to strip the paint off safely before sending it to him for a new GAP camo paint job , after removing the paint I found some cracks in the bedding area , we disscussed it and sent it back to KC for him to inspect and the only thing we can come up with is that the paint made enough dimensional differance when the action was tightened down that it caused the cracking.
Tom ground out all the old bedding and blocks and refilled it then repainted with a GAP camo. The time comes for me to pay Tom and he expalaines that their was a little mix up when it got painted and the colors are the same that I wanted just not the same % that was in the pic I sent to describe so he said to wait till I got the stock and make sure that the paint would meet my wants before I paid for it. Honestly if he would not have told me I highly doubt that I would have noticed the differance , I recieved the stock and of course it looks great so I called him to let him know I was realy happy and to go ahead and bill my card. He cut me a GREAT deal on the paint job and the rework was free because his stocks have a lifetime warntey !!

Tom and company are certainly going on my Christmas card list , I hope that this next year allows me to build a couple more guns , I reay want a good long range/F-class gun on one of his caron fiber F-class stocks
