So torqued down my Zermatt Arms /Preferred Barreled action and the no-go closed just as easily as the go. Measured the gauges. Does this look right? You’ll notice that the “Go” gauge is 1.5 thousands longer than the “No-Go”. This repeats exactly the same with every measurement that I take and I’ve measured it a hundred times to ensure that I’m not measuring wrong. Isn’t the “no-go” supposed to be .004”-.006” longer than the “go” gauge?

The OAL length of the gauges doesn't tell you anything. The important measurement is from the shoulder to base. You would have better luck measuring the difference if you had a shoulder bump gauge or headspace comparator for your cartridge and take a measurement with each gauge.
Thanks Tperry! I knew I had to be measuring wrong! But it still doesn’t fix my headspace problem, lol! Torqued down to 80#s and no-go goes just as easily as go gauge. Even the go gauge with a layer of scotch tape goes.Looks like I’ll reach out to Preferred barrels.
