Armada Global's Intermediate Pistol course has been scheduled for 26 and 27 March 2011 in Altoona, PA. The course is designed for the basically trained pistol shooter. The course costs $300 per person. Students are expected to bring concealed carry firearm and 400 - 500 rounds of factory ammunition. Topics covered will include:
--Drawing from concealment
--Shooting on the move
--Shooting from behind cover
--Engaging multiple targets
--Timed shooting
--Shoot no shoot scenarios
--Force on Force training using real action markers
On day one, students will be instructed in proper techniques followed by dry fire practice. Students will then practice techniques taught via live fire training. After teaching of skills, students will participate in multiple courses of fire designed to reinforce skills taught. Students will also engage in multiple force on force scenarios using real action markers. These scenarios are designed to place students in realistic/stressful encounters.
Minimum student quota has been met. Maximum class size is 18 students. There are nine seats available.
