Sounds like a pretty rational guy to me.

This is an excellent example of why Barry Cooper says "Never open your door to police.", and the logical follow up would be "For christ's sake dont step outside.", though Id guess Brandon would have stepped outside just to make his point and to have a video to prove his point.
