Rifle Scopes mark 4 dust

I got a leupold mark 4 that has dust on the inside of the scope . I thought it was on the out side of the glass but after cleaning it it still had the same spots on the glass . aways do you think Leupold will fix it .

Leupold has great CS for a company who sells Chinese products, send it in, they will fix it no problem.
