I put this together a while back to keep in my range bag as a cheat sheet but I made a couple of changes to it so I thought I'd share it with you all, some may find it useful. The theory is that it can help a shooter with a basic carbine make accurate sight corrections, set up a fairly accurate ballistic profile if you don't know the exact velocity, help analyze shot groups, help estimate and compensate for wind, range estimate, and do a little bit of maintenance if something comes loose or you're moving stuff around. I taped mine up with packing tape, folded in to 1/4's and slipped it into a pocket on my range bag.
