    So just a question,

With the new ruling from the supreme court, a bunch of cases are going back down to the lower courts. I'm in NY. From my understanding if Maryland where to overturn the AWB, states such as Maryland, NJ, NY would also be overturned? Does anyone know when this case is going before the 4th circuit for a decision. I know it's just a pipe dream they would overturn it, but I'm curious.

I expect all AW bans will get overturned eventually but we could be talking weeks, months, or years as the States delay and anti-gun judges play along. I think your referring to Bianchi v. Frosh which was kicked back to the lower courts at the end of the SC term that just finished. You should be able to look up it's status with the 4th Circuit calendar. I'm not really up to date on the details but I think your gonna have to wait for a full trial on the merits.

This is a pretty good summary of where we are. Given the way SCOTUS worded their opinion I don’t see many gun restrictions surviving a Constitutional challenge but like Frankie said there are plenty of anti 2a judges who are happy to play along and facilitate fuckery to slow down the process as much as possible. SCOTUS remanded the CA magazine lawsuit back to the 9th circuit with instructions to decide the case using the criteria they lined out in NYSRPA. The state of CA has filed a motion to start the case from scratch which is them trying to buy time while the administration tries to pack the court to reinstate Roe v Wade and overturn the NYSRPA ruling. The administrations problem is sleepy/creepy/fall off a bikey Joe’s disapproval numbers are breaking records and the midterms are going to be a bloodbath and he gets to spend his last 2 years in office as a lame duck so no packing SCOTUS with liberal/progressive judges.

Watched a bunch of video from FPC. They are definitely going back to court but, I fear you both may be correct. I can't find anything in the fourth circuit calenders, and they go to almost 2024. Obviously that doesn't mean they can't squeeze it in, but I'm not seeing anything.
