Shooting today at UPMC hospital York PA; ex- ICU patient "Diognis Archangel-Ortiz"; held medical staff hostage, shot ICU doctor (grazed), nurse, and janitor, then shot three officers. One Officer Duarte has succumbed to his injuries, before suspect (while holding hostage) was shot dead by quick response HRT.
