Maximum COAL for .308Win M1 Garand?

I have just ordered a CMP .308 M1 Garand and would like to prep some loads. This rifle will be shot in 100-200 yard matches only, no LD shooting.
1) What is the maximum COAL that will reliably fit, feed and eject in an .308 M1 Garand?
2) Also, any load data for light loads (that will properly cycle) with H4895 or H4350 with the 135 SMK/HPBT, 155 SMK/HPBT or 150 Hornady Interlock bullets that I have on-hand.

You have a generous coal with the 308/762 garand.

You are really only limited by your seating depth and how far off the lands you want to be.

Lots of options for light loads and
4895 or 4350 will both work

4350 is a little slow for the Garand gas system. Use powders in the 4895 range. 4064, Varget, RE-15, 8208 XBR and ball powders faster than H-380. With the light bullets you noted, you can use 3031 and Benchmark.

4350 isn't really too slow. Using quickload shows it's still under recommended port pressure.

It may not perform well in the 308 with 150s however.
