MB-REX or T4 TERMINATOR muzzle brake for a Ruger Precision 338 Lapua

I've researched all kinds of muzzle brakes, watched a lot of recoil sled tests, and it brought me down to these two. My goal is to lighten the recoil and muzzle rise. I'm shooting out of a Ruger Precision 338 Lapua. The factory muzzle brake doesn't impress me. I seen a video on someone shooting the MB-REX, and it does a good job, but I can't find a sled test done on it. Anyone have experience between the two?

I have the .338 Lapua and consider the brake good. Hopefully very soon my suppressor will be here and I won't need a brake.
