I've "inherited" a Sig SSG 3000 with a McCann MIRS. I'm looking for an education. I plan to sell the SSG 3000 that is in rarer configuration with the McMillan stock. I also plan to sell the McCann MIRS for the SSG 3000 (it is marked as such on the underside of the MIRS). The SSG 3000 can with a 8.5"x11" notebook with targets. It consistently shot under 1.0", but most were 0.5-0.7" at 100. The last target in the notebook was 4-shot group with Federal Gold Medal 168gr = 0.56".
In today's market, what should I expect to get for the rifle, and what should I expect to get for the McCann MIRS?
The rifle shows some handling marks and a rubbed spot on the barrel's finish. The MIRS is in excellent+ condition.
Thank for your insights and experience.
