A bergara b-14 hmr 22-250 or a Remington foot print 22-250 barreled action is at the top of the list. Maybe a bergara b-14r barreled action?

A tikka t1x in a left handed variant in either 22wmr or 17hmr

Hawkins heavy duty 34mm 1.0 height rings with the accessory rail.

The green/aqua blue shit is body filler (bondo). That stock is painted green......the mil stock is molded in green. The bondo shows from where the paint was sanded after cutting for the side bolt release.

Was the saddle cheekpiece added after the fact?

Great stock, lots of great history in that design.

I have a Bergara B14 in .300PRC I would trade. Very few rounds through it. Have several boxes of Hornady 225g and can include spent brass if interested.
