McMillan TAC-338 1,337 Yard Group

Finally stretched the legs on the TAC-338. I wanted to refine my handload a little more before taking it out this far, but couldn't resist this perfect day to do some ELR.
Load:
Lapua brass
250 Matchking
215 Fed primer
96.2 grains of retumbo

I just shot out to 1320 yards saturday. My longest by a big amount. I cannot see what your group was from the pic. How did you shoot at that distance, so i have something to compare to. Thanks, and good looking rifle, Greg

Just at 19". One is in the red square. One 3" above the left bolt. one 2" below the left bolt. one 7" below the bottom left corner of the black square. one 5" below the bottom right corner of the black square.

Heck yeah! The TAC338 doesn't get too much press around here - glad to see some groups at distance. That's super respectable, congrats. Does it run CIP mags or SAMMI?

It's the SAMMI with a CIP throat. Kind of sucks in that sense. I would like to be able to run the CIP mags. I might just end up re-barreling it to a 338 norma mag.
