I just got my g10 trainer chassis for my savage mk2 fvsr. Installed it in there and fit and function is perfect. This thing is fun. Matches my comp guns nicely for form and function. They just released them for the cz as well.

Got my G10 for the CZ455 today! It is just as awesome as my other 2 for my centerfire bolt guns. Thank you Scott!!!

That looks pretty nice!! Was it a 455 Tacticool? I just ordered one and would like to hear how it works out for you in the Mcree and if it's made a noticeable difference in accuracy?

Yes the rifle came with the Boyds Tacticool stock which I modified like 3 days in. Sanding out the barrel channel and bedding the action made a difference from the OEM stock. The Mcree G10 is what I shoot on all of my rifles so between the improved inlet, more rigidity and comfort behind the rifle... being identical in every way I did shoot more accurately yesterday. Makes sense since consistency is accuracy!

The other thing that is really nice running a G10 on a 16" barrel is that the weight is so well balanced. I use my 22 trainer for positional shooting and was damn accurate in various positions.

Lastly the Mag Well on the G10 for the CZ is awesome. I run a DIP extended lever and between that and the relief cuts, you can get a great purchase on the mags for changes. I show that in the 2nd pic above. Other 22 chassis leave the AICS mag cut out and you have to give the rifle a reach around to swap mags. This is very clean!

The 455 shoots everything well but Center X is the deal on paper. For distance on steel I just run CCI Standards since they run sub-sonic with my Sparrow 22 out to 400 yards. I won't waste Center X on wind training at that distance. The crazy thing is that it is fairly easy to make 400 yard head shots or make impacts on a 4" JC Steel popper... even in wind.

Well I tried to sell an S&B since I sold off a 6.5 however with all of the specials out right now... rather than take a beating I threw this on my 22 trainer.

Pulled it out of the armory this morning to remedy a rodent issue. Dry firing in the den reminded me that I need to order up some higher rings and a set of Hawk Hill feet.
