What is the difference between? It had the adjustable grille unlike the premier

Those are both gen 1 premier ACC’s. The elite is pretty different in a number of areas. There’s no front forend cap. There’s a stabilizer bar from the bottom of the grip to the butt. The bridge is a multi piece type that bolts directly to the hand guard via tapped holes on top. Not the bridge that goes around the mlok. The magwell is bigger and more adjustable. The grip that comes standard is different. Not to mention all the changes the new rear end has.
