Messing around with my HS3 chassis the other night and noticed it has a removable front piece where normally a spigot would attach. Didn't think to snap a picture of it and currently at the office now so just wondering if any of you or @MDT_Josh might be able to put my question to rest. I'm not familiar at all with spigots/mounts and could not find a single thing mentioned about them on the HS3 online, but can't think what else this removable piece would be part of.

I'll upload pictures tonight if this hasn't been solved by someone familiar with the chassis. Thanks for any input.

Very nice! I'm assuming the actual HS3 "inlet" is for some other purpose entirely and not an obscure type of spigot I've never seen then? Regardless, having a buddy with a machining shop I might have to look into something like this. Unless you happened to make a second by chance?

To answer your initial question @AHC222 , the endcap insert on the HS3 was more so an inclusion from machining and the process used to make the forend tube and not so much for accessories. I am not sure we've ever had a request for a spigot mount, but I like what @sniperjhk came up with!
Thanks, figured I was missing something.
